    Hello every body. I am preyank from India. I am feeling proud to present this website dedicated to Bioinformatics field people and which is made for distribution free copies of a sequence alignment program Bee Aligned.

    The program performs pairwise global sequence alignment using Needleman and Wunsch algorithm. Now, all you people will feel that already lots of programs and bioinformatics software available on internet then why to use this one.

    Well, the most of the programs available on internet are DOS based and not at all user friendly. But my program Bee Aligned is as much user friendly as any non computer background person can easily handle. The second feature of the program that you can count is, the program is designed using many image handling softwares, and with languages that supports graphical environment. So, the software is having very nice graphical and attractive interface.

    Bee Aligned provides help on same page on every step of alignment process and on every page of the software so there is no possibility to get confuse. It comes with additional help also to get some knowledge about concept. The other features of program includes choice of matrix. You can choose any matrix from list that are inbuilt in the program. also you can add any new matrix with which you want to perform sequence alignment.
